TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on July 2019.
The promoter is Perry Ellis Europe Limited ("Farah"). The Trouser Amnesty promotion runs from 6th Nov 2026 until 4th January 2027 (inclusive) at participating Farah stores in the UK. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over. By taking part, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The Offer

  • Customers who bring in one (1) qualifying pair of trousers to a participating Farah store during the promotion period will receive a single-use 30% off discount code or voucher.

  • The 30% discount can be redeemed either in-store at the time of donation or online at farah.co.uk

2. Trouser Condition & Eligibility

  • Trousers from any brand are accepted.

  • To qualify for the discount, the trousers must be clean and in good, wearable condition.

  • As a standard, the condition must be suitable for resale. Items with heavy stains, holes, rips, broken zippers, or severe wear and tear will not be accepted.

  • Farah store staff reserve the right to inspect the trousers and have the final decision on whether the trouser  meets the required standard for acceptance. Items that do not meet the standard will be handed back to the customer. Accepted trousers become the property of Farah and cannot be returned, and Farah is not responsible for any items left in them.

3. Discount Limitations

  • The discount is strictly limited to one (1) 30% off reward per person, regardless of how many pairs of trousers are provided. Farah may refuse to issue a reward where it reasonably suspects that this limit is being circumvented.

  • The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions, or student discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • The discount cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

4. Redeeming the Discount

  • In-Store: The discount can be applied immediately to a purchase made on the same day, or a voucher will be provided for a future in-store visit.

  • Online: Customers will be provided with a unique promotional code by store staff, which can be applied to one order at checkout on the Farah website.

  • The discount is valid until 23:59 (UK time) on 4th January 2027. After this date, the discount will expire and cannot be reissued.

5. General Terms

  • The 30% discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and holds no cash value. No cash alternative will be offered. If an item bought using the discount is returned, the refund will be the amount actually paid and the discount will not be reissued. 

  • Farah reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this necessary. Any discount codes or vouchers already issued will be honoured in accordance with these terms.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
